Biography

As a psychotherapist, I have 18 years of training and experience in the fields of counselling, addictions therapy, and psychotherapy. I am a proud graduate of Espritedu School of Psychotherapy, Toronto, 2006. I also completed my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, 1990. I believe my abilities as a psychotherapist are enhanced by my ongoing exploration in my personal journey, continued education through supervision via Espritedu, and quarterly seminars encouraging personal growth and spiritual balance.

I am also the proud mother of 2 wonderful boys. I believe in spiritual balance in my life and enjoy this through balancing my family life with my career and my leisure time. I enjoy sports of all kinds, and I love to ‘play’ with my family and friends.
